Diverse Paths and Solutions is an approved Employment Network (EN) under the Social Security Ticket to Work Program. We provide nationwide employment support services to individuals receiving Social Security disability benefits who are interested in working and increasing their financial independence.

What Is Ticket to Work?
Ticket to Work is a free and voluntary employment program funded by the Social Security Administration for individuals ages 18 through 64 who receive SSI or SSDI benefits. The program helps participants prepare for, find, and maintain employment while working toward greater independence.

  • Job search support and employer connections
  • Ongoing employment support and retention services

Partnership Plus
Diverse Paths and Solutions participates in the Partnership Plus program through the Social Security Ticket to Work Program. Partnership Plus allows individuals to continue receiving individualized employment support services after their State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) case has been successfully closed. This partnership helps individuals maintain employment, build workplace stability, and continue progressing toward greater independence and self-sufficiency.
Who Qualifies
You may qualify for Ticket to Work services if you:
  • Are between the ages of 18–64
  • Receive SSI and/or SSDI benefits
  • Are interested in working or returning to work
