DVR Service Provider

Diverse Paths and Solutions is an approved service provider with the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), proudly serving Southeast Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington counties. As a DVR service provider, we partner with DVR counselors to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, obtain, maintain, and advance in meaningful employment within their communities. Our team provides individualized employment services tailored to each person’s goals, strengths, interests, and support needs. We work closely with individuals throughout their employment journey by offering career development, job placement assistance, workplace support, and ongoing employment services designed to promote long-term success and independence.

Eligibility

Eligibility for services is determined by the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) based on their program guidelines. To get started, individuals must apply for DVR services and work with a DVR counselor to determine eligibility.
